Home of KBC Senior Instructors Alex and Randy Gruezo. Alex and Randy have been with KBC since it's inception in 2002. They have both climbed the ranks of upper management at top tier clubs and know the industry better than many.
Their take-no-prisoners approach to educating their clients pervades their instruction as well when dealing with veteran fitness professionals who expect nothing less than the best.
KBC is proud to have been responsible for initially introducing this two-time Girevoy Sport Champion to kettlebell training. After training extensively with Adam Cronin--who was introduced to kettlebells by KBC CEO David Ganulin--Adam worked with Lorna in Florida for nearly 2 years, 3 days per week. She then furthered her training in GS with the folks at the Russian KettleBell Academy in San Diego. It's been uphill ever since for this very driven athlete and teacher.
