As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and educator, I was very impressed with the content and quality of instruction that KBC provides in their workshops. Kettlebells offer a way to include explosive lifts in a client's program that is affordable, takes up little space, and does not require the setting up of an Olympic bar and platform. KBC offers a didactic and practical training program that incorporates physical science, exercise science, motor learning, and a teaching paradigm that is alone worth the price of the course.
Participants in the course not only learn kettlebell techniques but also improve their skills in analyzing and correcting exercise technique. KBC puts the coaching aspect and skill back into the personal trainer's job description. There is no comparison between putting a client on an arm curl machine and teaching them a kettlebell lift. All trainers and coaches should take the KBC course to develop their movement analysis and teaching skills or to refresh them. The lessons about human movement and potential in this course can transfer into teaching any exercise to any client with any type of equipment and KBC teaches these lessons well.
